After the completion of each transaction, we will have a special customer service specialist to communicate with customers to understand their use of our products and their satisfaction with the service, actively find out the possible problems in the use of our customers, and timely solve the problems. The return visit is mainly made by email, which can achieve the purpose of communication and will not cause trouble to customers. The return visit is mainly in the second week after the customer receives the goods, so as to fully understand the use of the company's products and help solve problems in time. When there is a problem with the use of the company's products, the customer service specialist will feedback the information to the production department, quality department, and actively solve the problem. In addition, each customer will be given a satisfaction survey, which will help us make continuous improvement and progress.

Customer customization needs to provide relevant information, such as materials used, size, accuracy requirements, finished product processing methods and other detailed information, get these information after the initial judgment of the rationality of the value and production feasibility, judge whether the value can be achieved.  Make production plan and arrange production after data is reasonable.  If it doesn't make sense, it will communicate with the customer.  Discuss the data and suggest changes, such as adjusting the wire diameter and winding number if the pressure and high requirements are not met.  After communication with the customer, the relevant data is reconfirmed and the production plan is made and the production is carried out.  During the production process, the product will be tested every hour to find and solve problems in time to ensure smooth production.  If the product is found to be unqualified in the process, such as not meeting the strength requirements, it needs to be analyzed and proposed to the customer for modification.  After the problem is effectively solved, arrange a small amount of production and send the sample to the customer.  The customer will test the samples and feedback the results.  After receiving a positive reply, production will be carried out according to customer orders.
